Part 1 - Making sure the right version of Java is installed

In this step we will be installing version 7 of Java. Please download the link below, run the program and follow the installation instructions on screen

Note: this may remove all earlier versions of Java

32-bit Link: Download Java version 7 32-bit
64-bit Link: Download Java version 7 64-bit

Please note that when updating to Java version 7 you may be prompted to remove older versions of Java, say "Yes"

NOTE: Do not use version 8 of Java just released from Oct 14th onwards

Part 2 - Download DDM

This program will allow you to manage your ICBC Data download data from your local computer. The DDM program is free for authorized AMS users and is designed to be installed and run on one workstation or computer at the office.

Terms and Conditions:

The terms and conditions outlined in the " SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE CONTRACT AMS Gen IV, Autoplan Management System " (whereby known as AMS) applies to the Data Download Manager program (Whereby known as DDM). 
Only authorized users of the AMS program/services are allowed to download and install the DDM program. Grapevine Computer Systems Ltd. recognizes that any data downloaded to the Insurance Agent's workstation (computer) 
is the property of the Insurance Agent. It is at the sole discretion of how the Insurance Agent uses the DDM program. The DDM program will allow the Insurance Agent to download ICBC Agent Data. Grapevine Computer Systems Ltd. 
does not guarantee the functionality, the availability, or the accuracy of the data supplied by ICBC.

I Accept:

Click on the "Download Now" button to download DDM for WinXP/Vista/7 below and follow the instructions on the screen. (your security setting may ask you to "Run" the application say Yes.)

Part 3 - Configure DDM

Go to the "Start" button on your windows desktop, select "Programs" (All Programs), then find the "DDM" program group and select "Configuration". Follow the instruction in the pdf file below: (or Run the DDMConfig.exe file and have a member from the office complete the configuration setup.)
